Since 1979, the Kentucky Associated General Contractors Self Insurers’ Fund (known simply as the “Fund”) has successfully operated as a group self insurers’ fund in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, offering affordable workers’ compensation insurance premiums to contractor-related risks as an alternative to the traditional insurance marketplace.
In addition to providing a current competitive rate structure, the Fund, through the efforts of its Board of Trustees, participating Trade Associations and Third Party Administrators, combined with the collective efforts of its member companies and Independent Agent population, has returned dividends to its members for the past fourteen (14) consecutive years totaling in excess of $65.6 million.
