Michael Kilzer, founder of SWCS, has over 22 years of insurance industry experience. In addition to owning his own insurance agency for over 20 years, he was an account executive for a large national commercial brokerage firm and is currently a marketing consultant for workers’ compensation related services. His perspective comes from both practical insurance industry experience and his affiliation with professionals in the fields of accounting, law, human resources, risk management, and third party claims administration.

In addition, the company relies on an Advisory Board of business and industry experts to insure that we provide the most effective solutions for your business. Current members include:
